As many of you know, our last critically-acclaimed production, The Hourglass and the Poisoned Pen, has been invited to the prestigious New York Musical Theater Festival, September 27 and 28! Chicago Tap Theatre is the only tap dance company and the only dance company from Chicago invited to this annual event. This will help CTT and Chicago dance gain exposure in the theater capital of the world, New York.

CTT has been working hard on a fundraising effort to get our set, dancers, and technicians to New York. We are truly touched by the support you have shown us. Thank you to everyone who donated and to those who came out to our benefit at The Spot on July 30. Special thanks to Stacie Strong who challenged us with our first matching donation allowing donors to double their donation! By all these efforts, we've raised a total of $9,500, enough to make our trip to NY a success!
